Without going into too much detail, will it have a future function, or is it just "decoration"? And if it does have a function, does that mean we’ll be able to "save" any of them—like the zombies?

Beyond more lines for enemies impregnated by the player in a future update, any additional depth to the impregnation feature will come along with the recruitable enemies feature, which is coming soon(ish). It won't be super deep, as it's a somewhat niche kink, but I'd like to at least expand it for specific recruitable enemies.
I get it; it would be better if it weren't just a case of "she's pregnant, and two days later she isn't anymore because the baby has gone to be with Christ." It should last for a while, and it ought to be visible in their appearance—though I’m not sure if there’s a plan for the "babies." I mean, it’s porn, but we aren’t monsters.
