i kinda got stuck here :')) im not even sure why i did? other than that, its a really solid gameloop! the art is very cute too!!

The art and environment changes (rain, lighting) are really really nice!! I love the idea of an endless forest. It would be nice if the torch (keeping with the jams theme) could lead to different interactions if the monsters where in the light or not! but I still really liked it, and I got a bunch of upgrades c;

Wow, I love the player character!! It’s amazing! Using the flashlight to kill the enemies is a really nice mechanic!

The cat character is very cute. I found out you can exploit the exp by spamming left and right to "kill" enemies multiple times as they die. Overall a decent game!

Cute graphics! The flashlight mechanic feels a bit clunky with being tied to your movement direction + the damage only reads once "on enter", but I've figured out the best fighting style so far is "spin to win". XD
