The game is cute, and I think it could turn out pretty well if you keep developing it and attract some players on itch.io.
For something made in just a few hours, it’s not bad at all!
Keep working on it and improving it in the future

Haha, I tried your grandma version of Gran Turismo! Took me a while to get going, and the grandma in green overtook me! But I finally managed to finish in first place! Really fun game!
Nice idea. Where did you get your models from? I wanted some similar models for my game and normally get stuff from https://poly.pizza/ but this week didn't find many suitable "granny" or "supermarket" type models. Some models showed up in pink though. Perhaps you need to use the render pipeline converter? Also, on the settings screen you have options for VSync and Full Screen, but they don't appear to do anything on the WebGL build.
Cool! I've tried ChatGPT for making models before but it was really bad. I also highly recommend meshy.ai. I've used that before alongside mixamo to create models and animate them for Unity. See Flora and the Lost Letters and Flora Goes Home.
