How is your game related to the Theme and Special Object?
We as the player control a smart rocket, that attack oncoming waves of trash.
What tools and 3rd party assets did you use?
Aseprite. I reused my old code and one sprite of the commander. The explosion sound is something I found on my older files
How did you use generative AI? (If you did)
I did not

I like the mechanics of the game. The idea of controlling the projectiles, in which case the rocket, is quite fun, and I enjoying moving it around to hit the trash. The issue though for me is that there tends to be too much trash to try and hit at the start of the game, and I don't have enough time to keep generating rockets so it makes things a bit too hard. But overall, this is a solid game.
Thanks for playing! I agree that waves are a bit overwhelming, maybe could've used my time better to balance it a bit.
The explosion sounds were a bit excessive, and the lack of other sounds honestly made it feel bland, but it turned out pretty well. Great job!
Thank you for the input! This was my first game jam submission so it was mostly experimentation on my part. Explosions were one of the last things I added so at that point I just found it funny for it to be a bit loud. I hope it wasn't uncomfortable levels of loud though.
