I would like to participate in this jam, but I am not living in the us. I don't care about prizes, I just want to know if I can Join.
Yes! You can still join from anywhere! You can also still receive prizes! The us only rule is JUST for the investment part!
can i also win the prizes if im under 18 or do i have to ask my parents to collect it for me?
I was about to ask the same question, but after thinking about it, it is very likely that only parents can collect the prize before giving it to you, just like with game sales or YouTube money.
could be but there are no contracts or something so i think if you have a Bank kard that they could wire it to you or something.
