Looking for a pixel artist: tennis/padel racket + hand sprite

Hi! I'm making an arcade game where you bounce balls at enemies with a racket, I need a clean pixel art tennis or padel racket held by a hand, with 3 frames (idle, hit, hard hit), about 32x48 px. The style should match small 16-bit fantasy sprites.

Perspective matters: it must match the current one. The racket is seen from behind, face-on to the camera (the strings/face towards the viewer), upright, with the hand gripping the handle from below. The camera looks up the court at a slight tilt, so no side view or isometric. See the screenshot attached.

Paid work. Please send me your portfolio and a rough price.

My email: alexcocolilu@gmail.com

Thanks!

Hey there
I came across your hiring post from a while back and figured I’d reach out in case you’re still looking for someone to work on this
Not sure if you’ve already found someone for it but if the project is still open I’d be interested in hearing more about what you need and seeing if I could be of helP
Sorry for reaching out so long after the original post and no worries at all if it has already been taken

hi, im still looking, you can email me

A racket seen from behind with the strings facing the camera is a very specific brief, nice that you added the screenshot. I founded ComposerScout, a free spot where game devs post who they're looking for and pixel artists who fit get it in their inbox. Posting takes about a minute, it's free to be on, and I don't take a cut of anything you pay people. We'd love to feature your game there: https://composerscout.com/#post

I'm a highly skilled pixel artist, and your arcade game project sounds fantastic! I can create the 32x48 px 16-bit tennis racket and hand sprites idle, hit, hard hit exactly as you've described, perfectly matching the upright, face on perspective from your screenshot. Here is my portfolio:  I'm confident I can deliver this with the high quality you need. I've also sent you an email with the same details. Looking forward to potentially working with you!

Hi Alex — I made an original 32×48 pixel proof of concept from your reference: an upright, face-on blue racket with visible strings and a hand gripping the handle from below. I sketched idle, hit and hard-hit poses; the enlarged preview is attached below. This is an exploratory sample, so I can adjust the palette, grip silhouette and motion to match your game.

I can deliver three transparent 32×48 PNG frames plus a horizontal sprite sheet, with one revision after you review the first pass, for a fixed US$45 via PayPal Goods & Services. Target turnaround: 48 hours after we agree the palette/reference and payment terms. The sample was made with a small Python drawing script and AI-assisted coding; no stock art or third-party sprites were used. Please tell me if that workflow is acceptable for your project.

If this fits, could you send the in-game palette or one wider screenshot and say whether the hand belongs to a specific character? I can refine it to match.

Hi Alex, we emailed you a sample drawn from your screenshot (idle, hit and hard hit at 32x48, plus the idle frame placed in your scene) with a fixed price. Happy to adjust the swing if you prefer a different hit pose.

Hi Alex are you still looking for someone to work on your project
