Yeah, I know I'm late to the start and I should use discord (and I will do so), but just for random chance anyone else stumbled upon this jam thanks to YT adds - would anyone be interested to team up and make some cool game? Since I'm late already, I wanted to give it few days for random chance someone would be up to brainstorming game idea this late before I will start developing something solo. (and in that case, why not to team up with someone from states just in case we'll actually make good game). Preferably godot, I can code, I can make some pixels move on screen and I can find free sounds online :))  Cheers and good luck to everyone

from the us already made three levels of my game but you can help, link to game: https://silverweaverdabeaver.itch.io/lantern-hands

that's quite nice concept you've got there. Do you need code or art?

I need art already have one other artist, but you can join too. Are you good with pixel art?

i'm a programmer, i dabbled in for two months to learn something, it's kind of usable for game jam purposes i would say. But no, i'm definitelly not good (maybe for trees and tiles, i can do that in an hour of two), rest is clunky https://x.com/Chronosmitor/status/2068268905953468574

this is pretty good, this is the quality needed( file 1) see if you do that

ofc i can, your sprite is small but question is if your game benefits from anything more than the main character sprite and you do have someone good already :)

Yeah, there could be trees. There's a lantern character, and there's not much other than that, but there are also these hand monsters.
