AI tools used (or “None”)
Claude Code、Codex、DeepSeek Harness

How I built it / process notes
Built in Unity 6 (URP, new Input System) by a small team during the jam. We designed the core rule first: the audience only sees what the spotlight touches. Every trick then became a puzzle about splitting the "shown" part from the "secret" part. Code and most art were made with AI assistance (Claude Code), with all stage art drawn procedurally in code and tuned by hand; music is public-domain classical recordings. Each act ships with a scripted demo that plays the real solution, which we also run in the editor as an automated check that every level can be finished.

How does your game use the theme?
"Trick" is the whole game. You play a stage magician performing ten classic magic tricks, and the twist is that you have to actually pull them off: every trick is a puzzle with a visible half and a secret half. A roaming spotlight decides what the audience sees, so you trick them by doing the real work in the dark, hiding props behind your body, cabinets and screens, and revealing the impossible only when the light comes back. If the spotlight catches the secret, the trick is blown and the crowd turns on you.
