Quillbit Music Director: free Godot 4 add-on for bar-synced music switches and RPG-style jingles

I made a small free Godot 4 autoload for game music, MIT licensed:

- QuillbitMusic.play("Battle", 0.5, QuillbitMusic.SYNC_BAR) switches tracks on the next bar line instead of mid-phrase

- play_jingle("Item Get", QuillbitMusic.JINGLE_PAUSE) pauses the music, plays the jingle, then resumes where it left off (or ducks instead)

- beat and bar signals for syncing lights, UI or enemies to the music

- keeps playing in pause menus, works with any OGG/MP3/WAV

- 26 automated checks pass on Godot 4.3 to 4.7

It was written with AI assistance and tested in real Godot builds.

It also reads the loop points that ship with my Quillbit Chiptune packs, so tracks load by name. You can try that with the free sampler: https://quillbit-type.itch.io/quillbit-chiptune-free-sampler . The paid packs (Classic Fantasy, Spooky, Sci-fi, Cozy Farm and the Trilogy) now include it too as a free v1.1 update.
