anyone want to trade playtests? I'll play your game if you play mine mine is Lantern Hands: https://silverweaverdabeaver.itch.io/lantern-hands it's a short browser game, needs keyboard + mouse, takes about 5 min please try it without reading the controls on the page first, I'm testing if the tutorial explains everything. after, could you answer: 1. in your own words, how do you play? 2. was there a moment you got stuck or didn't know what to do? 3. what did the glowing platforms do, and when did you figure that out? drop your game link below and I'll play it and leave feedback

I play tested your game actually, and It is fun! The lantern's light is good, but I don't really know when those tentacle things are trying to kill me, my suggestion would be to make the camera zoom towards the player just a little so that the player can know. Also it would look cool.

Love the game! The dots style gave it a unique look, great job!

The game is very intuitive. I didn't need to use the "click" mechanic to finish the game.
I like the music, it's calm and mysterious, and matches the vibe of the game
The design of the character is really nice!

1. Use the light to clear the path so the character can reach the goal
2. No. Room 3 was a bit challenging, but I was able to cross it after a few tries
3. Right away I tried to use the light to reveal the platforms, and the reverse progress bar was enough to tell me they would not be solid for long

My game is https://csmaxx.itch.io/somebody-stays , and I really appreciate that you've already played it :)
