Are we allowed to have several different opacity of the same color or would that violate the 3 color rule?

or would we need to do a checkerboard pattern to achieve a similar result like what is done in the opening animation of this game jam?

• we check using hex code colors on the screen... so yes having an opacity wud create an extra hex color, make sure u only have 3 at any given time
• checkerboard? if u mean dithering, then yes
