I'm making Break, an underground game prototype about leaving a little work for the next player.
In the current local test, an unfinished cut, a lamp and a message stay behind. A successor can continue the same cut. When they do real work, the earlier player can return and see who picked it up.
These are real captures from an automated demo, not a human playtest. The cut shown is still unfinished. The UI is Chinese, and the prototype is local and asynchronous. It doesn't have online multiplayer or automatic cross-computer save transfer.
AI helped prepare this devlog. No downloadable build is being announced here.
