Is Roblox Studio allowed? (Regarding the "no setup" rule)

Hi everyone! This is my first game jam and I'm really excited.

I wanted to ask if we can use Roblox Studio. The FAQ says any engine is allowed as long as the game runs on Web or Windows with "no setup." Since playing a Roblox game requires the player to have the Roblox client installed on their PC, does submitting a Roblox game link violate the "no setup" rule?

Also, regarding the open-source requirement for the teen prizes, would uploading my .rbxl project file and Luau scripts to a GitHub repository be acceptable?

Thanks in advance!

no setup i'm pretty sure means that it just runs as an exe file and not an installer

Unfortunately roblox studio is not allowed (at least from what I know!) and so is scratch and other block based coding.

block based coding is allowed you just dont get prizes for block coding or visual coding

Roblox also is considered too pre built for many jams.
