The atmosphere grabbed me from the first second: the Phoenix BIOS boot screen with a Pentium 4 and DSL, then a login prompt where you type your own handle and get "last seen: 2003.11.04" back. Jacking in drops you onto a moody hex-grid network with a 10:00 run timer, and I loved that kite immediately calls you by your handle ("...idle? is that actually you?", "two years without a word") before setting up a fake practice job to copy payroll_2006.xls from the accountant's machine. The neon-on-dark look and the 2006 details make it feel like a lost game from that era, and the idea that crashed PCs stay dead the next night is a great persistent-world hook.

Great hacking minigame that would fit right into any major cyberpunk RPG. I love the visuals (and looks like we went for similar colors as well).
When doing the tutorial I got to the part where I need to “put user and pass into your notes” but I couldn’t figure out where to get them from or how to continue. I would love some direction there to try again.
Incredible submission! This game really captures the feeling of "snooping" into people's business via hacking their computers, and does a great job of simulating hacking in a very fun and juicy way. I absolutely loved the narrative and could have played for much longer, but I want to rate other games, haha. I will be back, no doubt about it.
One thing I think I was missing was more stakes. Like something I needed to be making the money for (like rent, or debt or hospital bills) aside from upgrades. Something that made me feel, in a narrative way, like I should take the risky jobs.
Other than that, no notes. Really loved everything about playing this one. Fantastic artstyle, theme, story and execution. :D
