Design Statement
The first thing I heard in this track was a mechanical clicking sound, which reminded me of a cassette or other piece of music recording device, like a tape recorder. The music itself felt nostalgic and hopeful; ascending arpeggios, layers of toy pianos. Like cleaning out your childhood home. I made Echo Park thinking about a lonely robot collecting pieces of memories to transmit into space, and the choices it would make about what to choose or what felt important.

Playable in browser using a mouse. Click to move and interact with the environment. Headphones are ideal, as audio plays a significant part of the game.
