I'm really liking the parts that work

Ignoring all the bugs I've encountered so far, the parts of the game I was able to see were a lot of fun. I enjoy that there's a general sense of there being 'more' to the world, and it's been a lot of fun to get to know Ace. The narrator is very funny and the world feels delightfully wacky.

I can't wait for build 3, hopefully I'll be able to get past the rooter repair part then and continue to explore! <3

Thank you. It's really nice to have some positive feedback, all things considered :)

I'm glad I could add a little bit of positivity to your day! You certainly added some to mine. Thank you.

Oh, if you need positive feedback - we can dish that out too. :)

I'm really enjoying the writing. My day job is writing software used by facilities maintenance crews; when Ace notes the model of escape pods in service, comments on haphazard stacking of crates, or explains why he doesn't want to pick up a busted up tool, I'm like... yep, can't argue with that. I think it's really great how Ace lives in the same universe as... well, whoever that is sleeping in the supply hold... but offers up a new point of view.

I can agree. This game feels like Home. Excited for the polished experience, but I love being able to be a part of history.

Yeah the good parts are great. The environment detail in chapter 2, the garage, is amazing. For those working on the game, please don't get disheartened at some of the feedback. We all really just want this to shine.

I agree, there is definitely a lot to like about SpaceVenture despite the bugs. The background art looks fantastic and I've liked the writing as well thus far.

First, I love the graphics. The graphics have been stunning and visually fun. I mentioned one of the easiest things to miss is like the effect of the rippling water in the bathroom! The "monster in the pipes" is also visually great! (When you get him down to the final area!) Rooter is adorable! The chip scene - while, I can't finish it (because of the memory issue) is visually fun! (Although, I admit, trying to spin the chips in the right direction can make me want to pound my head on my desk!) :D The opening ship sequence is amazing and great. The music has been wonderful. As stated by others - the stuff (and nods) in Scrap's garage alone are absolutely a blast to spot! (This is a fun thread for that - /t/911661/name-that-object-scraps-junkroom-spoilers ) Voice acting is great! Honestly, this is already a very, very fun game!
