i can't use the store without being stuck in there and i when i first started the game had to go by player cus i couldn't backspace

Do a two-finger tap. That will do a backspace on text-entry screens, and is also how you bring up the menu to access your status, items, etc.

.....can that go the same for zombies retreat?
