I've pretty much completed the game and got all the characters to the max number of hearts but I haven't been able to find the flower charm. 

I know the charm should be in the garden maze at the top left of the map but there's never anything in there when I go in. There is only a vase that I have opened and some stones I've already dug.

Is there something I need to be doing to trigger the flower charm to appear? How do I get it?

okay so i had the same problem well you know in the top left where you jump on the rock in the water well there is a path to the left that you have to go in and the charm is in there
