new too your game jam,  what does the wowie vote mean?

Jonas, does my game have to be a downloadable executable or can I have it on a web page? (And I don't mean uploading the html file, because my game is going to be made in a way in which you can only get through it by going through a series of pages, which will be uploaded on a website.)

Does age matter? I mean I'm still a kid but I know how to program. I use gamemaker studio, but the first one not the second. Is that a problem? I am participating with a friend. Edit: The post above asks a similar question lol Edit: I cant spell gamemaker lol already 4 edits

Am I allowed to use a sound bite of you yelling "WOWIEEEE" in my game? (I wanna slow it down by orders of magnitude to make some ambient noise.)
