What are the contents in new game +, I finished the game recently and was thinking about playing it again with new game +. Is there ant new perks or options that's accessible through new game plus?  Should I replay the game ?

Not as far as I know, although to get all the challenges and thus the secret ending you need to play ng+ at some point.
