i have an idea for if you add penis size selection. For example your choices could be tiny, small, medium, large and huge as well as adding some slightly modified dialogue based on you size
I think the options should be normal, small, tiny and cute. Maybe have some sort of enlargement potion or spell as an unlockable quest reward.
