When I went to a fixer and remover her, it worked but it also removed Hana, I can still go through the game and her dialogue will appear when she speaks, but since she isn't present she won't be in fights. Can you help me out please?

By sheer luck I can.  Download the data for version 3.2.3 (or more specifically the common events file from inside it) and speak with the fixer again.
