is there a continuation to the goblin(female) encounter?, because her text sounds like there's a second part to it, just wondering, thank you.

If you follow the familiar path after finding the goblin encounter again (afterwards) you are given this text.

"You encounter the same goblin as before! She grins at you, and informs you that this encounter isn't finished yet, so you'll have to come back later if you want to get bitten on the balls."

It's a pretty fair assumption, there will be a second encounter in the future.

Yep, that's one of the few placeholders we have, but in general, the existing encounters will all be revisited and expanded once we have the base game done, and, in fact, we're moving into our Alpha phase soon, so you should start to see that happening.  :D
