In what way does your game fit the theme?
The theme is let there be chaos and there is the objective of our game which fits the theme and then also game play. The objective is to collect logs to make a boat to survive a tidal wave... chaos! And as you try to chop trees monkeys throw poop at you and all the woodland animals get in your way - again chaos! And to top it off, a wild plant is spitting power ups, logs, health and disco balls at you. Yes, disco balls setting off a dance party for the monkeys and any animals you've thrown beads at. How chaotic! Oh and then there's the tornado....
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
The rules specify: you can also use assets not made by you, but make sure you have the proper license to use them and crediting is of course encouraged! Making everything from scratch is not mandatory. I have made all the code from scratch while watching Brackeys youtube videos as well as Jason Weimann and a few others. Most of the music and art was in fact made by us; the sound effects and few artworks we used that we did not make ourselves are free (public domain or creative commons 0 etc) from places like kenney.
