I invested skill points on sober up and careless barrage , but every time i use bottoms up the skills don't appear on her skill box. i have a theory that the careless barrage is overlapping with precision strike since they have the same logo.
Bottoms up is not usbale while Elly is "tipsy".
Careless barrage requires her intoxication to be above 15.
Therefore, if Ely is tipsy but her intoxication is 15 or lower, you can't use/see either skill.
