chances are the save file you are looking for is hidden in file explorer, go to the file explorer then view (in the upper left) then press option icon (on the right side), once you're in folder options go to view, and there will be option for hidden files and folders, then just choose the show hidden files, press ok and you are done. then check the roaming files again chances are its in there
