Nice turn-based game! I kinda got confused a bit on how to play the game, but once I got it, it was really nice do play! Kinda miss some sound FX, but overall mood is really nice! The art in the game's also really well made! :)

Nice game! I really enjoy this kind of turn-based combat and you did a really good job on that. I'm not a huge fan of the music. I would have preferred some nice sound effects instead. But I do really like the artstyle. :)

The music gets repetitive and on level 3 it's impossible to attack the last enemy if you move improperly. The attack pattern is in an X pattern and you can not defeat the enemy or move if they are right beside you.

It seemed boring at first, moving to the next stairs is especially tedious, but later levels are very tactical and funny. I think controls could be better, but overall idea is nice.  Extra star for making a game window 8x8 cells in size as a nice use of jam theme.

I was never much of a fan of turn-based, because I usually prefer games with more action, but games like this help getting a bit into it, what I mean by this, is that you have a nice entry and this is one of the entries that I will have to play till end.
