For about 1 hour of work, it is technically a playable game. I think you are aware of some improvements it could use. Be proud that you actually submitted something for us to play! Most of those that sign up for jams rarely finish a game in time for submission. 

There seems to be an input bug, you can just hold LMB on the enemy and win. Maybe triggering the fire event only on mouse down could help avoid this?

Good work for 1 hour but the controlls are super confusing. first play i just clicked the green thing because he does 1 damage every like 3 or 4 seconds and u can kill him much quicker. Also when the game starts he covers the player character.  I do like the health bars.

not bad for one hour, however you could have used those other two for polish. also instructions would be nice, if they were in the game I could not find them...

what's the shoot button? 

is it supposed to shoot the circle? cause it dosent...
