It seems he's relaxing in the mail room,which I can't enter no matter when.

Besides, the third scene of twins' favourite can't display properly, mainly jump to other scene of the game, not a big issue for me through.

He can't be accessed at night.

If you go to the second floor, go into what was your room, go outside to the balcony, climb the vine, and peep in the window you will find what he is up to though.

Cant reallt do anything at night. How long does it take to go to day from night?

Time progresses when you do things. So working, dueling, strip lucky, etc. will progress the days. Only 3 times, morning, evening, night.
