The patch notes for the latest update mention a Tiara of Control, but I can't seem to find it ANYWHERE. Anyone know where to get it from?

i know its super late, but if you somehow still didnt find it, you can get it from the witch in the hut. SPOILER: it causes you to be litteraly unable to fight. All you are left able is tease attacking.

in the second town you can buy the " anti curse scroll ", that will make you able to remove the tiara
