The only way to do this is with the enemy is being wrestled in Supine position, lying on the back. So, you have to find an enemy that likes starting grappling when you are on the ground, and you need to lie there and turn around to let them grapple you until they start Missionary.
I think this is the only way. I don't remember anybody ever starting wrestling and turning the character around at the same time. Only if they catch you properly lying there.
