pretty sure its pc but there is a discord server you could prob ask someone there just to be sure

 you can make it for mobile if you wanted to, but less people would play it, so it’s prob just better to go for pc 🤷‍♂️

I'm gonna use other jams for experience but if you go HTML5 or WEBGL than lots of people can play it so its better to use those so EVERYONE can ply
