Having some trouble with Anubu's quest! I know the item he's looking for is said to be in someplace that's hot, but the only place I can think of is the beach. Is it perhaps underwater or in the cave? Or do I need to talk to someone specific on the beach?

Need help！I  tried to explore the cave in  beach,but turns out there is a  little greeny guy blocking me out. And is there any quest list in the menu?I‘m always confused about  which quests I’ve taken.
