So I want to make a *small* edit to my save file to make my Charmander shiny (I don't wanna soft reset for hours on end, I don't have the patience or time for that), as well as possibly change his EVs and IVs. How would I go about doing that? Is there a specific program I need, or should I be able to do it as-is?
