I'm very curious... I was doing a DOOM mode run on my channel and i got him 1st fight in the arena and he just killed me immediately...

its RNG in current ver.    will change to "if win more than N times. then summon beast " in future.

You mean in the current version Mad Beast has the same chance to spawn as all other enemies?

nop, he is randomly going to happen with a chance, a very low one, i can guess its probably 5% or less cuz i fought countless arena fights and only got him 3 times in my life
