As I am a player who has been playing this game for a long time, I have a lot of questions in my head and what I want to know is when the quest book will be available the many times I will. I have to sit back and remember what quests I've done in my last play, of course, if I don't remember, I'll have to sit and start all over again, which is really bad.

Just talk with all the NPCs should be enough to remember.

It's practical, but i guess we won't see it anytime soon. The game is still pretty "small" (compared to Lustful Desire) and got only a dozen+ Quests. So an ingame Questbook isn't worth being a priority.
