Can't add marksman perk to the ICA V3 Silenced added by the Weapons Pack. I've gone into Offline Content\contentpacks\Weapons Pack\repo\Kercyx - ICA Baller v3 Silenced.json and changed both "AllowPrecisionShot" and "AllowPrecisionTimeSlowdown" to true, which I thought might work but doesn't. It isn't too much of a problem, but I'd like some help if anyone could spare some time
