Is there a way to swap out which offspring I take with me? I have a Moski and a Snake that I want to level but I can't figure out how to swap out the Floater I have with me.

If you only have Womb Preg Mod, enemy can only preg MC with vaginal H attack. You can use sex skill to increase vaginal attack rate. Preg system will be changed in next update, it will be easier and grow faster.
