Hey! I was curious how to do the outside the law quest. I've been stuck on a while and I still need to do 1 more side quest and help the outlaws 1 more time.

I believe that there is an event where you participate in a tournament. It only happens on specific days i think.

Have you tried going to a gauntlet then refusing to participate? This leads to one of the quests that need to be completed to advance the quest.
