I am lvl 26 and 191 days in and I don't have Kylira unlocked idk if I messed up somewhere but I have Trudy, Urka and Alma unlocked but not Kylira is there a way I can unlock him through files or another way?

On his...third? Fourth? Interaction you where he mentions that what he's been doing so far hasn't been all to sucessfull you get 3 options...one is recruit (stat requirement), send to brothel (stat requirement as well iirc) or just pep talk and let him be on his way
