Unable to progress on vampire quests, unable to find Maid Louise.

Vampire keeps saying , I'm still confused about what that woman said... It's hard to believe that I lost years of my memories.

Louise event's are connected to the dialogs with Elina, who stands in the throne room at first, and then moves to the noble living quarters. You're probably missing her events before you can advance the story of Vampire.

I have Elina in the Noble's quarters. She says 'Sorry for earlier. I didn't intend to basically push myself onto him in front of all of you.'

I remember doing an event while she was here, don't remember which one though.

Can you post your save? It's faster if I check what step you're missing directly in the file, than to ask about every possibilitiy. :D
You can find the saves in the www/save folder. I only need the file with the save slot number which you want me to check.
