I found forging place in challenging floor when I defeat the bosses in fire and thunder dungeon I founded in up left of the place. What's that for, I tried to repair broken blade of legend which it but it didn't work

You can repair the broken blade of legends there, but you need the grip from the ice raid for it.

I have The Broken Blade of Legends & The Broken Grip of Legends but cannot repair them at the anvil in the fire dungeon if I just have them or equip them on Ryen also I can equip the icicle blade and use it but can't unfreeze it even in the fire dungeon

If you're still on version 21.02.09, you need to upgrade to 21.02.11. The anvil was bugged in the first release.

i can't ans i have the last version so i dunno if it's a bug but can't use the anvil in the fire raid Dungeon

Do you have the Dusty Crafting Book item? You get it from a chest, which appears in the fire raid area after finishing a solo raid in it. The book is needed to craft things at the anvril.
