There have been too much semen in my tummy and I am getting an agility penalty. It also seems to affect my combat a little. 

The mouseover on the tummy says it can be removed by purging. Anyone knows how? 

I remember it fading naturally with time rather than something precise needed to be done. Rest on the map, sleep at camp or stay in the in for a while with no "fun'n'butt" stuff in between and you should be good. Unless you're egged then suffer through till hatch.
