no, the game engine do not have this function.
so you can put it to move in the AWSD because my keyboard is 60% and it doesn't have the arrows
Just found a way to change key bind
Press F1 and choose Setting -> Operation Setting -> Select Input Device (Drop down option) -> Keyboard/mouse
But the key bind will not change the control tip shown on the UI
