Well after buying that item player can't move anymore and can't die. Game is awesome but I can't play it anymore becouse of that bug. Any ideas how to repair this or I must delete some files?

Sorry, We would fix it later, Just delete gamedata00.save file in C:\Users\**Your User Name**\AppData\LocalLow\ScarletPaper\ThornSin to clear the save and start a new game
