Only issue I'm having is Sandra questline with Bob as she won't start it and I've got the mythril picklock and for Ryen is there any gear I should focus on getting?

When I speak to Sandra it just says something like what an awesome adventure I can't wait for the next one and the picture of the set up for Ryen should I get anything else or anything to change?
