hello so am i the only one who is having problems with the game crashing in the menu when i start it up

Also having consistent crashes on the main menu (and I'm assuming the rest of the game) tried both 64x and 32x to see if there was any difference, and there was nothing I could tell, the game opens fine, starts up okay, but after maybe 15-30 seconds on any menu, the game freezes, a 2nd window with a progress bar pops up, the bar fills, and the game closes
