Gameplay was fun, it stuck to the theme well and the aesthetics were simple, but pleasing. Overall the only issues I had per se were the somewhat odd controls (it almost made the game feel like a mobile game, playing only with the mouse; and i found myself wanting to use wasd a lot as if it were a traditional twin stick shooter) and the kind of repetitive, eventually annoying sound design. However, still quite fun, and i like the added progression system of unlocking different ships making it more similar to a rougelite.
Fun. It was cool that you unlocked ships as you played, instead of sticking to the roguelike way of no cross-save-progression. Managed to get to 724 but once my shields ran out i hardly stood a chance! Some sound effects would have really added to the experience.
