Heyy does anyone have an idea how i can solve my problem. 

So my mic works and i see my mouth moving but the model is not moving at all or kinda glitches to one side all of a sudden sometimes and i have selected the right camera.

Try restarting your pc or try running as administrator, that might help. People also solved this by unplugging their webcam or other USB devices temporarily. I don't really have a solution for this. Normally, it fixes itself after a day or two and then people never have the problem again
