This my first jam and I don't know how to upload a game. Is there a good tutorial about this subject? Is it same as uploading a game into the itch.io? What should I do?

First you have to create the itch.io page for your game, then submit that to the jam.

What? This is not a problem, you just put the project normally and sellect it in tha menu
